Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. This apply for the following accommodation:
- Studio (2 Adults): EUR 38
- Studio (4 Adults): EUR 45
If the cleaning done by guests is not satisfactory, the property will charge the cleaning fee.
