A security deposit of EUR is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that bed linen and TV are included in the room rate. An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry, towels, final cleaning and daily house-keeping. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday all day outside of french holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies. Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site.
