The beds/sofas were lumpy and uncomfortable and the space small.    There was no cleaning equipment provided and no toiletries.  Not even toilet roll.  The remote had no batteries.  

However, it is true ski in ski out and the location is close to the Main Street.  Our apartment was not loud despite this location.    This is what you pay for I  suppose because this was not a cheap holiday even for a ski trip.    I would try to find somewhere else if we returned to the resort.  There is also no Wifi.

True Ski in Ski out but nothing else particularly positive to write.

First of all, we had to wait 1,5 hours ekstra to get the keys for the apartment, cause the cleaning staff was not finished. It was cold and we had all our luggage laying in the snow. When we got to the apartment, it looked like this. Never ever have I visited a place this nasty. Don’t ever go here. Right now I’m waiting on the second hour for them to do something about it.

Terrible terrible terrible experience

This apartment couldn't be in a better location.
It's simple interior is perfectly functional.
Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment for 6...its has one bedroom and bunk beds in the hallway (sounds odd but it works).  Personally I think 6 adults would struggle in this apartment as theres not much storage space.

Fantastic location, simple but functional apartment

We booked the apartment Zelda when booking our holiday package through Snowboxx and it was just what we needed.  The apartment was on the 5th floor (there is a lift) and although it was meant to sleep 4, there were only 2 of us.  If there had been 4 of us, it would have been very cramped and you would need to be on very friendly terms, but it had everything we needed. Separate toilet to shower room, functioning kitchen with everything we needed to self cater and a comfy bed (the other bed would need the sofa converting and it would take up a lot of the remaining space in the room). We thought the noise from being in the centre of town might keep us awake,  and although we could hear music and frivolity, it didn't and we slept well. The balcony was small but could sit 2 of you. There was a ski locker assigned downstairs (they look tiny, but we got 2 snowboards in, no boots space though) which was handy and it's a ski in/out location. To be honest, whether we were attending the music event or not, we'd stay there again... it's close to all the bars and restaurants, the supermarket is barely a 5 min walk and it was so handy for the slopes! The view was great too.

Snowboxx stay

We had an amazing trip to Avoriaz & the accommodation was a big part of that. Easy, convenient, clean & in the middle of town. WiFi was so so, but had never been great in the area, but we got by. Great views of the mountains & town. My only desire would be for beds to be made pre arrival & for toilet rolls & bin liners to be provided. That would put the icing on the cake! :)
