Important information:
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site or guests can bring their own.
The security deposit can be paid by cash or cheque.
The cleaning fee needs to be paid as a deposit upon arrival by cash or cheque. It will be returned at the end of the stay if the apartment is clean. Cleaning materials are provided.
