A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the main building is located in Via La Glesia 11, while the separate building is located in Via Monterotta 18. The apartment descriptions contain the individual address where check-in takes place. Please note that the restaurant, sauna, and fitness centre are only open from 19 December until 31 March. Cleaning products, toilet paper and cleaning service are not provided. Guests 17 years and younger must be accompanied by their parents.
