In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 1 to 6 nights, but beds will not be made upon arrival. A change of bed linen and towels is possible on request and at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, but you will need to clean the kitchen and do the dishes before your departure. For stays of at least 7 nights, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price. They are available at an additional cost. If the kitchenette and dishes are not clean when you check out, you will be charged an additional cost. Please note that one pet is allowed per unit at an additional cost of EUR 10 per day or EUR 46 per week.
