We had a great few days with my husband here. The atmosphere was sooo romantic with delicious food in half-board. The room had old tiroler design, but comfortable. It was really worth the price. You can find a lot of beautiful natural places around what you can discover. Highly recommended if you really want to take a little break between busy working days.

Our room was just refurbished, which made it look tidy and modern but we lacked some essential things such as a possibility to hang our clothes: there was only a cupboard with drawers. There was nothing in the bathroom to put anything on such as a small shelf or a hook to hang a towel. 
The "all inclusive"-concept is nice but for some strange reason coffee and tea are not included (after diner). After diner we had to move to another room where was no heating, so it was freezing. The Hungarian waiter tried (I think) his best, but he was not as hospitable as you would expect a hotel employee to be.
Overall all staff was friendly and cooperative and all facilities were sufficient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes and very well accessible with the (free) ski bus.

We stayed for about a week in the hotel on a second floor with breakfast and dinner included, for our ski holiday. The interior is outdated and very simply decorated but everything is working and in a neat shape. The room cleaning service was excellent though. The lady at the reception was kind. Only a manager was grumpy on kids playing around.
The food is basic but the dishes are nice and tasty. You have a choice between 2 main courses, with an option for a special request for kids, and a starter to be selfserved from a buffet. The breakfast is also selfserved, with the scrambled eggs, simple sausages, vegetables, bread, musli, and juices - coffee - tea. Strangely, the coffee, juices and tea are not free for a dinner, but only a house wine and beer are for free for the dinner.
English is only spoken at the reception. Others can speak only few words in English.
Sauna is small with one steam room and one 90 degrees room, which we enjoyed. 
Overall, you get what you pay for, and we felt that we got a good quality for the money paid.

We stayed at this hotel with the option “half board +”. 
We found the staff welcoming, the room was brand new and clean, and the location to go to Wildschönau skiing resort was ideal. They accept dogs with a fee of 10 eur per day.
In terms of food we had everything we need. The breakfast was served in a form of buffet, while they offered two options for the afternoon snack and the dinner. If you have food restrictions it might be worth warning them in advance. The wine is just drinkable, but the beer is good!
My suggestion for the hotel would be to rework on their cleaning planning. In particular they should avoid cleaning the common areas during busy hours. Also, when a client asks for his room to be cleaned, changing the trash bag is not enough! 
In conclusion, I would go there again :-)

After my stay with my school, I think that my stay at this hotel hotel was nice, Breakfast and Tea was nice. With the hotel near the ski resort and other entertainment options. If I went back to this place I would consider this hotel definitely because of its positioning
