Unfortunately, you declined our offer to assist you in finding alternative accommodation. We would have gladly done everything possible to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Absolute horrendous experience. Nightmare hotel.

Showed up with a confirmation email from hotel itself, and were told “no rooms available”. Owner had the worst attitude, no apology, no help, no empathy, just tried to kick us out in -3 degree weather.

DO NOT COME HERE!

Nice small Austrian hotel with good location,  perfect traditional a la carte  food, friendly owners, very clean, big rooms and cozy sauna area with relaxing terming pool outside.  Breakfast a little bit poor, but the rest - were excellent if you are looking for such kind of accommodation. Hope, to return here after some time:-)
