Good location for shops and ski bus but this central location also means lots of noise from traffic especially early in the morning. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. However as it accommodates 6 people the seating area is very limited. There is a dining table which seats 6 but only one (uncomfortable) sofa. We are a family of 4 and after a long ski day would have liked to have relaxed together comfortably  but with one only small
sofa this was not possible .
We were also disappointed that there was no separate oven - only a very complicated microwave/grill combo which had no instructions.
The parking space is about a 5 minute walk away which is also to be considered.
For the price we thought this was a very expensive apartment with simple extras missing such as no kitchen roll, washing up liquid, cleaning materials for the kitchen etc. Meaning we had to buy all of these for a 6 day stay. Other apartments we have stayed at have provided these making it much easier (especially when you fly not drive
and so are limited with what you can pack)
It has a good ski boot room and is central located in Kleinarl. The balcony was a nice addition especially on New Year’s Eve to watch the fireworks.
