The pluses:
- Good location right off the main street. Next to it is the brook and the main river which results in nice walking areas. 
- The skiing lifts are an easy 10min walk 
- The big shopping center is .5miles down the road
- The city is an easy 5mins walk (along a stream) to the city center - lots of shopping areas, bakeries and restaurants
- One gets access to the (small but nice) Alpina Hotel pool about 3mins walk away.

The nits
- The rooms are a squeeze. We had a unit for 4 people. The main bedroom is tiny with just space for a double bed and space to get out. A clumsy dresser is all there is for the clothes - no clothes hooks, nothing
- The living room is ok with a sofa bed and a small dining table for 4 people
- The bathroom (if you get the tub) and toilet are fine.
- The kitchen is more of a corridor kitchenette - ugh. Two tiny hot plates where barely one pan could be used at a time and a tiny refrigerator and dishwasher clutters up the space.
- A unit for 4 people seems to have 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 spoons and 4 glasses. C'mon guys, it doesn't cost much to add a few more things
- The Wifi is the pits. First it is a case of mis-advertising when the portfolio list Wifi along with kitchen, safe, ski room etc to make it sound like its free. Then you discover the folks want 10 bucks per device - ripoff. I wouldn't be complaining if the Wifi actually worked. If it was free I would not complain. But you pay and you barely get any bandwidth and the owners couldn't be bothered beyond periodically re-setting it. On some days it simply died and there was no one to reset it. Let's see. About 20+ apartments that at a conservative 2 devices per room per week makes it 400 bucks. So 1600 bucks a month is what the owner minimally makes from the Wifi which probably costs him 50 bucks/month and he can't be bothered to provide a decent service? Go figure. Unfortunately such irritants override the pluses and its the irritants that one remembers. Thus the title of cheapskate Wifi.

I think there are plenty of better places to stay in this skiing area.

Great self service appartment hotel with good standards for the price. Has a great location close to the lift and walking distance to the village centre.
Is a bit expensive, and there could be more equipement in the kitchen.
Excellent to have free access to the swimming pool at hotel Alpina (100 m away).
