Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, relatively near to Zermatt. Basic and very clean rooms, great breakfast.
Friendly customer service and home feeling.
There is a restaurant downstairs with nice outside area.

We were very happy at this hotel, and we recommend it to families traveling with kids. We had a spacious room spread on two levels. Kids really loved the upstairs room, also the toys room and jumping outside on the trampoline. Extremely clean. Good breakfast and friendly people! We would book again!

We have spent 2 nights at Hotel Massa and found it very good value. We had a duplex room which was very confortable and large for the 2 of us and felt like home.
Service was attentive and friendly, buffet breakfast very good and fresh with something for every tastes.
Enough parking space, close to the gondolas, very nice view...
The only downside was that we could hear the conversations from the neighbors almost clearly enough to participate to them (although it was in Swiss German and my language skills weren't good enough). So earplugs recommended!

We were 2 adults and 2 childrens. We had a large room, on 2 levels with a great view.
Very clean hotel, about 15 minutes drive rom Brig- Naters, going uphill. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. There is an outdoor play area where our kids stopped each morning to jump on the trampoline. 
Overall, very good stay. Wish to return someday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Massa and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Our duplex room was spic and span and very spacious. We liked the idea of 'going upstairs' to bed. The sitting area was comfortable and the view from the balcony superb. The weather was sunny and hot for much of our stay so, looking left, we were able to see right across to the Mischabelgruppe and, looking straight ahead, up to Belalp. Breakfasts were wholesome: lots of choice and fresh fruit salad every morning. We had dinner in the hotel's superb restaurant every evening, either outside on the patio with views across to the mountains, or inside, which was just as relaxed but chicer. Beautifully presented menus and deliciously prepared! The staff were friendly, willing and helpful. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the Belalp cable car which is where many a walk begins, but there is also a good choice of walks straight from the hotel - to the Massaschlucht, the hanging bridge across the Aletsch Glacier and the unusual walk down to Brig via the Blindital. The road going past the hotel is not busy at all, most of the traffic being local. Plenty of space to park the car, at no extra cost. Picturesque, perfect for people who love to walk in the mountains and enjoy coming back to a home from home, an apero and a jolly good dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
