We made our annual hiking tour this time to Serfaus. This hotel was nice as a basecamp for daily tours. Breakfast was nice and OK for daily activities. The staff was friendly and nice. Room was OK and clean.

RATE_CLEANLINESS

We stayed at this hotel for a week in July.  The first impression of our room was very welcoming. Extremely clean, cosily decorated room was inviting. The towels were pleated to resemble edelweiss flowers! 
The brekfast was good, with wide variety of musli, bread, cheese etc. There could be more vegetables and berries or fruits. 
The staff is friendly. We could come here again next year.

Hotel was good. 
Rooms where OK with two adults and two kids (8 and 5 year).
Our room located in third floor, in balcony was very nice view to village and slopes.
Room soundproofing was very good. Some distant noise can hear.
In bottom floor is children playroom, our children like it. 

Breakfast was good, lots of variety. 

Wifi was free, but it wont work too good.

We stayed at Lawens for 1 week the hotel quite, clean and cosy. The rooms are typical nice 3 star hotel interiors. The breakfast was full of different choice and you did not leave hungry. We did not have to deal a lot with the staff but every time they were very friendly and nice. The only negative thing is that the WiFi is poor and connection was not working smoothly.
