Location wise this hotel is perfectly place for families being close to the town.
Aside from this there is so much to disappoint here which is a shame.  The hotel is clearly old and appears to have had nothing spent on it for some time. 
As such the rooms whilst a superb space for families (book a family duplex room) are tired and rough around the edges.  
The decoration drab, furniture scuffed and damaged,  the bathroom very tired and the sauna ineffective.
The walls are paper thin and so if like us you are unlucky enough to get the family from hell next door then your time here could be unpleasant.
The staff are welcoming and cannot be criticised however the worst bit of all is the food which really is poor.
The choice for such a huge place is so limited, Luke warm at best and overall just not acceptable for a supposed hotel of this rating.
For kids the choice is dreadful again with chicken nuggets and chips and a burger every single day and nothing else.
The food is not well covered from a hygiene perspective and overall is the worst part of the hotel.
Give how much these places must make peak season it is just a shame that no investment has gone into this hotel and I suspect that without the likes of TUI and Inghams having deals with them that they would struggle against the vast choice of apartments for rental.

Came here in February and it was amazing.  We stayed in the family building which backed onto a wooded area. The room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and toasty warm.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and all the staff were very nice and friendly.  Would happily stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed here as part of a Christmas TUI package. Having been to Lapland before (previous visit was to Rovaniemi) we must say we enjoyed Levi more due to the activities included in the package than Rovaniemi. The hotel is of the same standards of others we have seen and is notably dated. I understand TUI managed our booking but found the prices to be extortionately high given the basic standard of accommodation. We did however enjoy the experience and our stay in Levi. The food was tasty and we would recommend this hotel for a Christmas in Lapland.
