The hotel is rates a 4 star but unfortunately while the rooms and building is impressive, the food and service is totally un acceptable, food is boring,  bland, repeditive and more of the quality of a 2 star it reminded me of school canteed food ithe the breakfast swimming in fat, going out to eat is the best option as it showed by the empty tables. The drinks were  double what  you would expect to pay 10 euro for a simple beer you are charged for anything including plain,water with the evening meal, we asked for a simple  tea bag and they wanted 3 euros just for the bag, its laughable. None of our group would ever stay here again

Wow! What a beautiful hotel and a gorgeous holiday❤️ me and my family had the best time here! The food was absolutely to die for, staff were lovely and the rooms were stunning! 

I have a very severe nut allergy and before every meal the restraunt manager and chef showed me everything I could eat before everyone came into the restaurant they were so lovely and I’d go back in a heartbeat

Sauze itself was a lovely resort has a lot of fun in the Derby bar and the Queens in Kareoke night.
