More like a hostel run by young kids / teenagers..
Breakfast is totally shocking..  Never food available, have to ask for bread, then the young girl brings out 2 stale slices, never any bacon, never any plates, never any cups.. it’s not what we expected, it’s a 1 star at best.
Barking dogs in rooms.. 
Ski room is tiny and stinks.. 
it’s not ski in / out, The walk back after a days skiing is horrendous it’s all up a large hill..

Pitiful hotel - not a 4 star by any imagination!

Awful hotel- no bar, no welcome, no atmosphere.  Small rooms, overpriced and disappointing!  Breakfast was hard work bearing in mind we’d paid for this service- had to ask for glasses, plates, cutlery…. Food!!!  Bread is stale,hot food server is  empty (at 9am… 4 days running!)  I’ve seen better food at truck stops in the uk!!! Had to ask for juice, bread, bacon…. Just appalling!!!

Beds not made, toilet paper not restocked, rooms not hoovered/dirty.
You’re not even provided with cups in the room - only paper cups, and supplies not restocked!  
On more than one occasion we have been greeted by a variety of ‘teenagers’ behind the desk…. Mates having a chat and not staff.  Very unprofessional.
This is not the experience I was expecting from a 4 star hotel.
It’s a poor location, not ski in/ski out,.. balcony dirty (animal excrement) little storage for a ski hotel…. No where to store your cases!  I got an electric shock on the first night off the light switch….just terrible!!! 
Marks in the bath?  Shower head not fit for purpose and towels not changed after 4 days!  If yore talk don’t even bother with the shower!  Just book somewhere else!!!  We won’t be back

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING,  never again.. 
The worst hotel (it’s not a hotel) I’ve ever stopped in,  I SUGGEST DO NOT BOOK THIS ABORTION OF A SO CALLED HOTEL, it’s a disgrace..ITS A HOSTEL AT BEST..
Breakfast is none existent, you have to ask for everything even cutlery, bread is stale, no glasses, no bacon, when u ask they bring out 1 slice of bread at a time….this is no exaggeration, the place is shocking…. We’ve even had to ask for toilet rolls..   staff are all kids who just don’t care…  THE PLACE IS A JOKE….    I JUST HOPE YOU DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE..  Everyone is complaining about the place but it’s run by kids who just don’t care and don’t have a clue.. the rooms are that small that you have to climb over your suitcases or leave them on the balcony…. We had to use ours as bedside tables, as there is nowhere to put your things in the room….. we stayed in a superior double!!! 
There is no bar, no nightlife, no facilities, it’s not a ski in/ski out hotel and its location is at the top of a steep hill…. Killer with all of your ski equipment! 
Over priced, over graded, and not worthy of a hotel status!!! Tv doesn’t show Channels as advertised!  AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Totally Shocking, this is not a hotel, more like a youth hostel run by kids…

Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and return again in the future.
