Great Hotel and lovely service!
The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great and well prepared, the location is amazing; super central in Ischgl and the rooms are clean and big enough!
It was a lovely stay and we will definetely be back when we come to visit Ischgl again, Thanks to the great staff! 
So for us highly recommended!

We are really sorry that u did not get what you have expected. But every offer and confirmation that we write says in the text that it is about an apartment at the beginning of Ischgl on a little high ground. We even add the address so that you can check the location with google maps to avoid any misunderstanding. In this case you might have overlooked it as we checked again your reservation which informs you to 100% about the conditions!
We wanted to post a screenshot of your reservation confirmation but tripadvisor unfortunately does not allow attachments in comments at the moment.

Furthermore the distance to the center (Pardatschgrad Bahn) is 10 minutes on foot = 700 meters instead of 2,5km like you write. 

We are not sure what you mean with "bad service" as we even extended your Check-OUT time from 10:00am to 1:00pm so that you had a comfortable place to stay and wait until your taxi arrived. 

We are really sorry that you had a bad experience with us but would be happy to offer you rooms in our Hotel Lasalt (directly in the center)! :)

We booked an apartment and wanted close to the ski lifts. When we arrived we were told that apartment is not at the hotel but 2,5 km away from Ischgl. Apartment was nice and views were beautiful. But unfriendly and bad service.
