Excellent comfortable and clean room and friendly service. Central location with 
Large screen TV with Netflix and other channels in english. Helpful staff and excellent food. Easy access to free bus to ski station. 
Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel

Visited this hotel with my fingers crossed as the reviews were mixed.
Upon arriving late I was suspicious that there would be no one at reception as it was a small hotel.I was greeted by the owner Luis who pleasantly filled me in on all the required information required room keys,deposit,taxes,locker location,meal times ,buses and shops.
As I was late and tired i was a bit late for dinner and missed the vegan meal and an alternative was provided not a great meal but it sufficed.
The room was as described quite small but functional,looks tired but was clean and the mattress firm and comfortable, it was on the roadside and noisy in the morning from about 630am and quite cold but just about bearable it was dropping to -10 at night so was a bit chilly i did not complain.
The walls are paper thin so noise transferred  through out the hotel but the guests were mostly mature and went to bed at 11pm and it would go silent including outside!
Take ear plugs I do.
room was well kept and cleaned daily,upon having a basic but good breakfast.I took the bus to the gondola about 8 mins quite regular and very close to the hotel opp the kids park.It drops you off directly outside the gondola,very nice too.
gondola ride is 20mins up bit stretched by the end of the week.
Evening meals at the hotel were excellent and the hotel staff attention excellent,very impressive considering it was a budget hotel.
Luis has made the experience very comfortable family feel which I was genuinely impressed with.
I was solo traveling I would recommend for couples but would be a stretch with kids,
I recommend not the roadside rooms if you want a peaceful nights sleep,make sure you leave early to get to your lessons.
Shops and restaurants very close if you wish to eat out.
