We were welcomed by friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for us.  The accommodation was comfortable, excellent food and super friendly staff.  All contributed to our lovely holiday.  Wishing you all the best for your business in the coming years.

Excellent holiday

Just returned from a fantastic week staying the Xalet Besoli. 

Here's the good stuff: 

Hosts: Micky and Sandra are the new team in charge. They are a lovely couple who work their socks off and are happy to help with any requests.
Rooms: Basic in terms of decor etc, but decent size. Rooms are spacious and kept spotless. 
Food: Buffet for breakfast, but hot choices such as bacon, eggs etc available on request. Evening meal is a choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts. We really enjoyed the food, some lovely dishes and choices. 
Hotel: quiet location so heard no noise at night, cosy bar area with real fire.

To consider:
The hotel is up a backstreet off the main road. The coach is unable to drive up, so you have to walk a few hundred yards up the hill with luggage. There's also stairs to get into the hotel. 
The walk to the gondola is uphill for about 10 minutes. We couldn't face carrying our gear (there is a locker at the hotel, but we didn't bother looking at it). We paid approx. 90 Euros for a 5 person locker - we met three others to share with so it worked out cheap and worth every penny.

Little Gem

This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded expectations.  It offers excellent value for money, with lovely staff who make you feel like you're staying with long-lost friends.  The hotel is very clean, the service is professional and attentive, and being set back from the main road means it's wonderfully quiet.  We already look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it.

We (two adults and two kids) have just returned from a week in Arinsal, staying at the Xalet Besoli and what a lovely hotel this is. The hosts, Micky and Sandra as well as all their staff, can't do enough for you and it is clear they work extremely hard to ensure you have a great stay!  The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are new and comfy which ensured a good nights sleep. The hotel is approximately 600m from the lifts so hiring a locker at the top of the gondola is recommended, but the distance also means it is lovely and quiet at night.  The food is superb, with a cold buffet and hot breakfast in the mornings and evening options of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 deserts covering most tastes and traditional Catalan dishes (they also have some specials if you don't fancy what you see).  We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel if you are considering a stay in Arinsal.

Miki and his wife have only taken over the hotel 3 weeks ago and they are so enthusiatic to build it is plain to see.
They made a special day for my family more special, quietly but with genuine feeling.
They also went above and beyond when Miki drove me to local hospital when I injured myself..
The plans they are building will make for a special hotel where you are treated like family. Would definatley visit again to see what they have done.
