I stayed at this hotel together with several friends during a ski vacation. I believe the number one asset is the staff. Everyone is very kind and always ready to help, from the reception staff to the restaurant team. 
Breakfast was very good and varied. 
Cleanliness is top-notch; however, there is noticeable wear and tear on the flooring and walls in certain areas, as well as in the spa facilities. In the sauna area, I believe there is room for improvement and a renovation would be welcome. 
They offer a free shuttle bus whenever you want to take you to Ischgl and back.
Noise level in the rooms is very low. The main door from the room is very quality one and you here almost nothing from the lobby.
Another drawback is the dim lighting in the rooms. Everything is too dark, and there is no option to increase the level of lighting if you want to. 
Overall, I can say that it is a decent hotel with excellent staff, but with a price that is a bit too high for what it offers.
