We are very sorry that noise disturbed your stay. After reviewing the situation internally, we identified two points where we clearly should have acted better.

First, you addressed your concerns at the reception during your stay. Unfortunately, due to an internal misunderstanding, the wrong room number was communicated to our management team. As a result, an apology was made to the wrong guests, and your concern was not handled as it should have been. For this we would like to sincerely apologise.

Second, the noise originated from a ski training group who stayed with us for the first time. All training groups receive clear house rules regarding quiet hours and respectful behaviour, and these rules are communicated directly to the coaches to ensure a pleasant stay for both athletes and hotel guests.
In this particular case, despite several conversations and reminders from our side, the coaches were not able to manage their group accordingly. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We will review our procedures and draw the necessary consequences to prevent similar situations in the future.

A high-quality hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. However, my stay was truly ruined by the unbearable noise. Groups of teenagers and children left to their own devices constantly slammed doors, shouted on the balconies, and left the terrace doors of the rooms slammed shut when they weren't there or all night long. Apparently, no one manages these groups, and it's the hotel guests who suffer! Choose between a children's daycare or a hotel for guests who come to have a good time! They need to be grouped together in a separate building, and above all, there needs to be someone responsible for supervising these groups of children! Thank you.

Great accommodations! Beautiful scenery, great food and a welcoming atmosphere. The Kofler family provides a world class experience. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the valley.
