Stayed here for two nights this week with my coach group from the UK.

The hotel itself is very pleasant.  Bright, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and inviting common areas. The front desk staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay.

Dinner was a little less convincing. There was a fixed menu each evening with only three very similar main course choices, and the meat and vegetarian dishes were served with identical sauces. Some of the dishes also felt a little out of place for a Swiss mountain village (for example vegetable spring rolls or tofu in sweet and sour sauce, served with frozen vegetables). The breakfast buffet, however, was nice and plentiful.

Service in the restaurant was also somewhat inconsistent. Some staff were very friendly and attentive, while others were noticeably less so.

Not quite the Swiss hospitality standard I had expected. 

That said, the hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant overall, and we enjoyed our stay.
