We have been here 6 times now.
It just gets better and better.
Staff, many of whom have been there for years, are friendly and attentive. 
The pool and spa area are spotless.
Bedrooms well maintained.
The boot room has to be the best in the world.
The food is beautiful and the wine list extensive. 
We did ask each other what the hotel could do to improve and genuinely can't think of anything.

Sixth visit

I have stayed many times here and each time is a as good as the last.  The all inclusive really is all inclusive!  Great food, drinks and spa activities.  And that staff can’t do enough for you. Love love love.

Alpinresort always a great experience.

We have just arrived home from a wonderful week here. It is an excellent hotel. It has amazing food, wonderful service and great location. I think the staff are its biggest asset, especially Michael and Carlos in the bar! Thank you to them all and we cannot wait to return.

3rd time at Saalbach, 1st at this hotel. We really liked it. Based on the discriptions the hotel equalled or exceeded our expectations in most areas. Food was great, all inclusive wine and other drinks was of high quality (be careful!). The locker room for skis was the best we have used (I think it must be new since previous negative reports). Staff all great and all seem to take their jobs seriously. Pool was great, its genuinely as big as it looks in the pictures. No tea/ coffee making in rooms but we asked for a kettle and they delivered and the supermarket is only round the corner.

Great skiing holiday

All I can say is many thanks to the hotel house keepers who kept our room perfect,to the bar staff Michael and Carlos for never failing to produce at the bar and also to the kitchen staff and the chef’s for excellent food service, many thanks to Herb for our table service and a big thank you to hotel reception for answering any queries and also many thanks to the boss for keeping an excellent hotel winter and summer.
