We were very disappointed with this hotel - shabby but not chic!
Poor value for the room we had and the food on offer - it’s a shame as the location is excellent.
My son complained about the noise ( and he used to work in nightclubs!) only to be told that they had never had complaints previously ! All they need to do is  invest in insulating these rooms from noise. He was moved to another room for a night which he said was far nicer and quieter - so there are good rooms - just make sure your not on the Main Street but at the back.

We stayed here for two nights recently and whilst the exterior of the hotel is beautiful; and the bar reception area are typically alpine and welcoming, the bedrooms and corridors are extremely tired! We had a cleaning cart permanently stationed outside our bedroom door and this was the same on other floors making  access awkward! The internet was poor. We booked a superior room which was very basic! No tea and coffee making facilities; no fridge and in need of a refurb. 
Sadly on our first night a group of youths parties outside the hotel entrance (and below our room) from 1am until 4am letting fireworks off screaming and shouting … shame there wasn’t a night Porter or someone in the hotel to move them on!

On the upside; the breakfast was excellent! A great choice available and all very fresh. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Good value, traditional hotel, lovely staff and fabulous food all week - both at breakfast and dinner on a half pension. We enjoyed the pool and garden. Some of the decor is slightly tired but it doesn’t detract in my view. Take earplugs with you if you have a room at the front as it can noisy at night in the central square of Morzine.

We stayed in the Hotel from 13 - 20 March 2022 on a half board basis. We had a very good experience. In particular the quality & variety of food in the restaurant was outstanding & significantly exceeded our expectations. Occasionally we did not fancy the suggested main course & without hesitation we were offered a range of good alternatives. On one evening we had an exceptional racllete instead of the normal menu. I would add that the staff & restaurant manager were friendly, witty & tried to ensure we enjoyed the dining experience. Most evenings our waitress was Meno (?) 7 she was fantastic. On the back of the food - I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The breakfast is great - cannot complain. 

Otherwise in desperate need of renovation and direction. Everything is outdated and worn out.

The spa and pool exemplifies it all - an underwater light fixture  in the pool hangs loose from the pool wall in the electrical wires, three of the three showers do not work, too few bathrobes in the hotel so don't expect to get one. The list goes on.

Our family room was not renovated in a decade or so, I guess, but there are smaller rooms that are modernized. The bed mattress is good, but that is the only positive thing about our hotel room. But it was clean.

About 50% of the ski boot dryers do not work, so expect damp boots in the morning.

Les Airelles in Morzine - never again.
