What a lovely lovely place. Met by Patrick who was splendidly accommodating. He liaised by text before our arrival and was stood by the front door waiting to let us in. This was after offering to let us he knob early (10am) and also offering to let us leave later as we had an evening flight home. 

The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped and better than our house!!  Nespresso machine, electric orange squeezer, washer/deer - just everything we could wish for. We were delighted. Even had a smart sauna outside on the balcony!!

Not 5 stars, maybe 4, because of location and hot tub/sauna? Got the sheets changed after the first night of not sleeping because the original sheets were like sandpaper. Hot tub was super tricky to use (sometimes WAY too hot and other times cold), there was only a few english channels when we arrived- after we complained they went out a got a Apple TV. We had to remind them of normal maintenance (like putting chemicals in the hottub and providing locks for the front door). It was VERY loud, you can hear everything outside (people talking normally) and walking/moving chairs in the other apartments. We were there for 2 weeks with a baby and dog, and I couldn't wait to leave. It is not cozy or comfortable, barely pictures on the walls. The good points: location is good if you want to be close to the action (although not close to any lifts), they have a shuttle to the lifts, and the kitchen was decently stocked. But honestly, if you want location and 5 stars, stay at a nice hotel its around the same price!

Not 5 star so don't expect it.

The location is right in the middle of Cham. We can walk to cable to mt. Blanc and train station to the gracier. Amazing place. Well-equipped kitchen. Perfect view at balcony. We cook and have dinner at balcony every night (2nights) Definitely will be back.

Really enjoyed staying in this accommodation, we had a 3 bedroom apartment with a sauna and hot tub. The location is super central and they also have a transfer to go to the slopes. Daily cleaning and they can provide fresh pastry in the morning. 

Highly recommended!

Amazing accommodation

'Booked' a three night stay via Booking.com which was secured with my husband's credit card.  Next day, I received notification that the card had been rejected so tried again with my credit card - only for it to be declined as well.  I telephoned my card company and they advised that the card had definitely not been declined.

In an attempt to keep the booking live, I telephoned and left a message with the owner / manager in France and re-submitted my card details only for them to be declined again the next day.  I tried yet again, leaving another message on the French answerphone and re-submitting my card details but to no avail.

Booking.com were helpful but couldn't really do much. They too tried to contact the owner but didn't get a response and said they would look into the matter the next day.  Finally,  I received an email from Booking.com saying 'congratulations, your booking has been successfully cancelled'.

By this time, the property had no availability on any website and I'm certain that the apartment I'd supposedly booked had been booked by someone else (on another website or directly with the owner) at about the same time.  Fair enough, I guess it happens but I'm annoyed at the time, effort and cost involved in pursuing this booking  (incl two international phone calls) when the owner basically couldn't be bothered to call me back.

This is inadequate customer service and a waste of several days when I could have been booking with an accommodation that actually wanted our business.

So near, so far.....
