"I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not meet the expectations set during the booking process. My primary reason for selecting this property was the Ski-in/Ski-out feature. Upon arrival, I was informed this access had been unavailable for over a month due to weather conditions. I believe that providing advance notice of such a significant service interruption would have been appropriate, as it would have allowed me to manage my expectations or adjust my travel plans.
Furthermore, I encountered some challenges regarding room comfort. When I requested additional blankets, I was informed that none were available due to high occupancy. The linens provided did not reflect the high standard or the premium price point of this hotel. I believe there is a significant opportunity to improve both communication and guest services to ensure the experience aligns with the hotel's reputation and pricing."

We are here during busy week (Christmas to NYE) and the hotel is short staffed -- which wouldn't be so bad if the staff that is here was actually helpful.  
We came here for ski in and ski out which is closed b/c of snow -- they made zero announcement about that to the guests, and also closed down the restaurant by the pool/ski lift as well.   Was standing at concierge desk for a half hour this morning and person at front desk clearly saw me and I finally walked over to ask if there was one and he only then decided to tell me when is not on duty for another hour.   Will not stay here again -- would be the same as staying in a vrbo given lack of service.

This was our first stay with Viceroy Snowmass . The visit here was superb. The location is great. The rooms have a modern, yet cozy and inviting design.  The team members are amazing. Cannot compliment them enough. They exemplified true excellence in customer service. We dined at Toro for breakfast every morning. With our group of 6, I think we tried everything on the menu. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The car service exceeded our expectations. We always had a warm ride waiting on us. On one occasion , after we were driven to the gondola, my daughter realized she left something behind at Toro.  They immediately brought it to us.  A perfect example of the exceptional customer service. We look forward to our future stays here!  Highly recommend!!
