Myself and my Partner stayed at Eagles Nest for 7 days in February 2018. Our apartment had fully equipped kitchen, huge living/dining room, spacey bathroom and a balcony. Located only 5 minutes from the gondola. Staff were always friendly and helpful. 
We are definitely going again next winter and I have already recommended it to friends.

In Nov 2016 I've booked an apartment (booking.com), but I had to cancel it In February 2017 - some personal problems.
A transaction has been made, the property redrawing from my account 457 BGN.

I've sent several mails, but until now I haven't received my money back.

We loved our stay at Eagles Nest. The apartments were clean and well equipped with a modern style. They're so close to the main town only a 5 minute walk, 10 to the gondola. Great value for money and will definitely stay here again!

4 Star Value, 2 Star Prices!

Recently refurbished on the old ttown, this is well worth finding. Very good menu with excellent food and all at very good value. If there is an event in the square this is the place to eat first.  Really is an example of moving with the times, but it's too easy to order too much as the portions are huge, making it all a great deal.

Very affordable place, good value for money overall given that we were 4 staying in a one-bedroom apartment.
Good proximity with regards to the Gondola station and they also have a shuttle to take you to and from the Gondola station (a bit chaotic though as there is no schedule adhered to, like "every 30 mins back and forth"... I had to call the driver each day when returning from the slopes.
Good facilities like sauna, spa, gym, massage, some on request, some free of charge.
They could do a bit more cleaning as our apartment wasn't vacuumed once during our 6 days stay there. :(

Good value for money

Fully catered accommodation for groups of 8-17, ski hire,transfers, usage of spa. Our packages include accommodation,airport transfers, breakfast,afternoon tea&cake,3 course dinner with unimited local wine,beer and soft drinks included. Preferential prices from our own ski shop for ski&board hire,passes and lessons.
