Our stay at Park Hotel Gran Bosco had its highlights, but several issues need urgent attention. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping. A huge plus was the "shuttle on call" service to and from the ski slopes, which was extremely convenient, and the bar prices are quite accessible.
​However, the overall comfort was disappointing. The room was cold, and even though we were given an extra duvet, the bedding felt very old. The shower experience was poor due to low pressure and inconsistent water temperature that fluctuated between hot and cold. Additionally, the provided 2-in-1 shower gel is very low quality and doesn't lather at all—I highly recommend bringing your own. Breakfast was also a weak point; the quality was subpar, the coffee was mediocre, and we often had to wait for food to be replenished. While the experience was "okay," management really needs to improve the essentials—heating, hot water, and food quality—to provide a truly comfortable stay.

Friendly staff and great shuttle service, but lacks basic comforts

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Staff very friendly, food lovely, plenty and lots of choice. Rooms spacious and clean and very comfy. Great location just out from Sauze D’Oulx. Thanks to Stefano, his family and staff who could not have done more for us all week.

Hotel of new construction in the area of Grand Villard, is located about 900 meters from the center of the village. Completely surrounded by greenery in panoramic position, overlooking the entire valley. It offers 40 rooms furnished in alpine style, all with private bathrooms, some are equipped for wheelchair users. A small wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi awaits the customer who wants to relax in a serene atmosphere. During the winter season offers its own shuttle service to/from the slopes. Free outdoor parking.
