We booked a new room from 30/01 to 01/02, but we had a serious issue with the shower. Every time we used it, water leaked out and flooded the entire bathroom.

We reported it to reception, and they suggested changing rooms, but since we were leaving the next day it would have been very inconvenient. No one came to inspect or fix the problem.

Later that night (31/01 at 23:20), staff knocked on our door because the room below had been flooded, assuming the water was coming from us, when the real issue was clearly the faulty shower.

At check-out, the only response was a simple apology and an offer of 10% discount for a future stay, which is unacceptable after such poor service.

Bad maintenance, no support, and an overall terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing stay.

The start of our holiday was deeply disappointing and far below what we expected from the only photos the tour operator and the hotel itself provide. The property and the accommodation we were initially allocated were below even a 2* star and much of the rest of the hotel appeared unfinished. There were clear signs of ongoing construction: tools, adhesive materials, plastering equipment, and loose light bulbs left on the floor, partially blocking fire escape access. Switches were hanging off the walls with loose wires and the route to the spa was along dimly lit corridors, passing creepy half open, dark, storage rooms. 
We were dealt with by an exceptionally aggressive restaurant manager (as no other manger available) who informed us in a very condescending manner that we'd got the room we'd paid for - photos inc so I'll let you judge if you feel they are 'Luxury Junior Suite standard'. It was an utterly horrid start to what should have been a lovely holiday, and made for a disorganised first day on the slopes - I shouldn't have had to be so stressed and upset on our first day. Sadly, it appears not an isolated case as we were one of four parties with what I can only describe as rooms not fit for occupancy (and yes, we saw other rooms). The receptionist told me this was because there was a large wedding and the 'proper rooms' had been given to the wedding guests. We got to bed at 1:30 and the beds were awful, the windows lacking privacy with the non-closing curtains! We did get moved after 24 hours but that was largely down to distress and the amount of fuss I made - all taking away the excitement of staying in what we'd hoped would be a lovely hotel. 
Despite advertising wifi, there was none available in the time we were there and no phone signal either - we were told to keep trying, but warned it was difficult because of the building work - I suspect they knew it wasn't working. I had to purchase an international eSim in order to use internet. 
The breakfast was acceptable but we switched night about each dinner and ate out too, as it was very uncomfortable having to avoid the restaurant manager. The dinners were pretty much of a similar ilk each evening but the biggest problem was food temperature. Everything was tepid, nothing actually hot - we avoided the meat because of this as it sat and sat for an age. 
It's a 15 minute walk to the gondola and another 15 further into the old town, which isn't an issue through the day but, at night, the streets are very dark, heavily pot-holed and there does tend to be men hanging around every corner - perhaps more evident when you're two women. 
My warning for the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort would be that, despite the only photos in Crystal Ski's brochure and the hotels own website being of only nice rooms, the hotel clearly still utilises the ancient non-photographed rooms. And you will have a hell of a battle on your hands to get the room you booked, and their attitude is awful, particularly their men towards women. I assume, if there is a wedding, you won't be getting the room you have booked and they literally don't appear to give one. 

On a plus, the spa was absolutely lovely to go down to at the end of the day and the staff were the best. The shuttle service was provided during limited times by the loveliest drivers. Our housekeeping lady was lovely - always smiles. There was a lovely bar man called Antar who, despite almost setting fire to the bar (throwing alcohol across the fire to 'clean it up'???), always put a smile on our face, and a fabulous tall, dark, bell boy who helped us with moving our bags several times. I made a point to tip the few who made the week bearable (interestingly, all considered 'low' level jobs), but I would never return to this hotel.

Anyone looking to go, I've previously stayed in Casa Karina which was half the price and so much better, including fabulous HOT food, a reasonably priced bar and a great spa / pool (excellent massages) - and it's on top of the gondola station.
