From start to finish our week long stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly, extremely accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed on the Stay and Dine package, adding activities separately, as opposed to going for one of the pre-determined packages NLV offer. Our accommodation was the Taiga Cabin as we wanted more room and we didn’t regret our choice. Only a 4 minute walk (when not pulling the children in sledges!!) from the Reception, restaurant and activity centre was ideally located but yet felt really secluded. The activities were really well run and we enjoyed them all very much. The husky sledding was an experience we’ll never forget, as was the Search for Santa. 
The snowsuits and boots supplied were really warm and were perfect for the -14 (on average) temperatures. Not once did our 7 or 5 year old children say they were cold and given we were out pretty much all day everyday, that is saying something! 
I couldn’t recommend Northern Lights Village, Pyha, enough. We will most certainly be back soon! Thank you!

Fantastic hotel and area! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately we only had 1 night but we had the most magical time, we stayed in Aurora Suite no 50, location waa fab as it was an end one next to the forest and the view was absolutely out of this world, the inhouse sauna was fabulous and the suite itself was just so so beautiful ,  judt waking around was so fab.
we walked to the frozen lake at night and only saw small flicker of Northern Lights .
as our time was limited the only activity we did was reindeer ride which was through the magical snowy forest , it was stunning.
All staff are fabulous, from email communication with elina and check in with Christina and staff around the resort everyone is so friendly and lovely. 
We had breakfast and dinner included and a great range of everything. 
We will definitely return for a longer trip next time. 
Highly recommended , ideal spot also to just curl up with a book and have a relaxing time .

A Winter Wonderland ✨️

An amazing trip from start to finish.  Staff were all so friendly and helpful.  Even though the temperature was -36°, not normal for them,  they still made sure we had a fabulous time. 
Given snowsuits, boots, balaclavas and gloves. All you need is a really good base layer and a fleece top. 
We stayed in an Aurora suite. We were lucky to see the Northern lights on 3 nights. Twice, we watched them through the heated glass roof above our bed.  The room was very warm with a heated floor, ideal for drying boots and keeping feet warm! 
The sauna in our room was a lovely touch. All the toiletries were Rituals. Your room was only cleaned/replenished on request which we didn't need.  We asked reception for extra milk etc each day, other than that, we managed with towels and bedding for our 4 nights. On our last day, they arranged transport for us to the village where there's a supermarket, gift shop, visitor centre and the most amazing cafe/restaurant. 
The only disappointment was the food.  It was good and plentiful but unfortunately,  mostly lukewarm.  The fact that the plates were always really cold didn't help. If they invested in a plate warmer, this would help so much. 
The activities,  husky ride, snowmobile and reindeer sleigh ride were fantastic and again, the staff were amazing. 
We absolutely loved this holiday and except for the food,  we'd give it 5+ stars.

An amazing experience

This resort made our family dreams come true. The experiences were amazing. 
The rooms well equipped. Personally I couldn’t fault the food choices. We loved our time here and I really recommend people visit this resort. We did the five day family Christmas experience and it was just lovely. 
Tips: request a drying cupboard and wash your base layers then you don’t need to bring as much.
