We are very sorry that you didn´t enjoy your stay with us.
As we have already explained to you, we inform our guests about the platforms regarding parking spaces, WiFi, etc.
Our reservations are always happy to advise our guests. 

We think, the restricted for some special guest how you write, you mean our diet corner. 
There is also a sign that in this area people are just to allowed to seat who do alkaline or do juice fasting.

We can still remember your behavior well. While we were talking to other guests, you just intervened because you needed something important. You was loud and disrespectful to us and our guests.

All in one we are very pleasure that guest like you who are disrespectful towards our guests and employees, are not coming again to our Resort.

There was not really anything I would like in there. Started with arriving. Very little free parking spaces outside so if you arrive late you asked to pay an additional amout for parking in the garage which I found extremely un fair as its expensive already. All the staff in the restaurant and some at the reception were so unfriendly and unhelpfull we could not believe it. At the breakfast they have small nicely done section with white linnen tablecloths, flowers but restricted for some special guest unfortunately never been explained who they really are though!! The rest of the resto is not very nicely done and as the staff was hiding somewhere most of the time there were always dirty dishes all around! The resort is far from the centre and their shuttle is always over booked for hours you would like your ride. Also if on holidays its hard to be always that organised to pre-book the rides, but the shuttle was a regular taxi so we didnt understand why they could not order 2 or more of them if the scheduled rides were in higher demand?! Also the spa facilities are really small and bad ones. For the ridiculous money they are charging there are many much much better places around in Kitzbuehl, this is like max 3* establishment! 

Totally overpriced for what it is!

We stayed four nights and really loved it. Clean, nice service and fantastic for skiers and snowboarders. Good place to store the gear, spa to relax after and the food was excellent. 
Two things that were a bit of an issue. Hotel policy to only have WiFi in the public areas. This is a real hassle for anyone on airplane mode. Breakfast was very good, but it is a bit boring after two days. It is essentially the same every day.

Highly recommended.  Good rooms, beautiful bar and very good restaurant.  Staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient.  1km from ski lift but easy walk along river and through town.  Free ski bus stops right outside the hotel every 15 minutes if you are feeling lazy. Good spa and gym.  I will be back.

The food in the restaurant, bar and breakfast was excellent. Really thoughtful, delicious and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly.
My room was comfy.
Not much noise at all.
Location right next to the train station was very convenient. The area itself isn’t great, but it’s a short (less than 10 min) walk into nice streets of Kitzbühel.

Great food and service

We enjoyed a week’s stay in September, to relax and do some walking. The hotel is in an excellent location a few minutes’ walk away for the centre, which can be reached by a pathway along the river. The staff were attentive extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were basic but functional. The food was excellent with plenty of choices. The only downside to our stay was the Wi-Fi. We of course were aware before we booked there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, not a problem as it was available in the lobby and bar areas. However, the Wi-Fi connection and speed were varied and unreliable, not what you might except from a hotel of this standard in the 21st century.
