The most cosy, heartwarming and “best location“ in town, Tyrolean style 4 🌟 Hotel.
One of the very few in the area “ski in-ski out”, located at the foot of the famous Hahnenkamm, with a spectacular unobstructed view to the mountain, yet walking distance of 500m. to the unique town center of Kitzbühel, which is the view of the other side.
In its big indoor swimming pool, you can swim, watching during the day skiers sliding to the end of the pistes or mesmerizing when it gets dark, the view of the illuminated track of Streif. 
Superb breakfast with the magnificent view of its “Winter Garden” & the Restaurant is super too with Tyrolean & International cuisine.
Super friendly and efficient personnel overall.
Clearly a place you want to come back ♥️

Reception staff are very helpful and responsive, not always accurate but very nice. Patricia serving at dinner was excellent - a total asset to the hotel. Breakfast was good - fresh juices and waffles you could make yourself. Half board food was fine - not too exciting but good enough. A bit on the salty side and despite requesting in advance, my lactose-free daughter was often forgotten.  Vegetables or a salad bar would be a good addition. The bar was fine, a fireplace and a cosier relaxing room would have been ideal. The pool was fine, steam room out of order and the 2 saunas were good. We had our swimmers on for the sauna and it wasn’t an issue. Towels and glasses not cleaned up, making the Rasirena (pool area) looking a little dirty. Also the ladder into the pool was broken. Pillows too soft but rooms were a good size. No towel rails to dry things. Loud at night with windows open (piste bashers + heated room). Flat ground for ski in, bit of a walk to the main bubble. But despite all this, I would return. Lovely little hotel, suits families, groups, work mates etc. lots of Americans, super dog friendly, generally relaxed. Ignore the little quibbles and you will have a lovely break here.

Rasmushof is like home away from home. Everything always feels welcoming and comfortable. We are coming back to this place over 15 years now and every time we enter the premises we are greeted by Signe and her team with a warm welcome and a smile. The place is beautiful, hotel and staff are five star, everyone is friendly. It feels like being with family here. If you are in Kitzbuhel anytime of a year is the best place to be. Food is excellent and the service of Karin, Lorenzo and David are not only generous but also very personalised. People here are always friendly and helpful. Thanks for another wonderful stay!
