Stayed here with a large group of friends whilst exploring the regions’ Via Ferrara routes. Being able to return here after hard day in the mountain was brilliant especially knowing that there was a well furnished sauna/pool area to relax in. The beer on tap in the bar also went down a treat.

The rooms were comfy and well furnished, I could only have asked for a oven above what we had. The bathroom had a lovely shower with plenty of hot water, towels were replaced halfway through our stay. The beds were comfy and the duvets warm.

Patsy and Fabio are awesome hosts, stay here for summer or winter sports you won’t be disappointed.

We have been here at february 2020 for 2 week .It has been a second time already, and I hope not the last . Very friendly hosts, very convenient and nice place.
As a good player on the football field, the owner was invisible but indispensable

This place could have been so much better. Basically a clean and well cared for place with a friendly greeting but was let down by several issues. We chose a double room apartment for the privacy of being able to have two rooms for our family but the inter connecting door between the two rooms was flimsy and didn’t close properly and hence doesn’t function to meet purpose. 
The beds didn’t really deserve to be called that name. Concrete blocks or oblong springless hard places would have been more accurate.  Both the twin beds in the ‘bedroom’ and the double sofa bed in the kitchen/dining area were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I for one could not get a decent night’s rest which was very unfortunate after a full day of skiing. These beds were clearly cheap. What I don’t understand is why establishments providing beds as their business cannot invest at least a little more money in their beds in the first place. Renting for  the week here was not cheap and I thought at least a half way decent bed would have been part of the price..if you don’t mind sleeping in a hard cheap bed for a week then maybe it won’t bother you.
The final thing was the relaxation area. During the week we stayed, which was a busy half term week, the ‘relaxation’ area (sauna, steam room, small jacuzzi pool) open from 4 til 8pm each day was completely run over by groups of kids and teenagers who were yelling and screaming at the top of their voices every evening with no adults present at all. I mentioned this to the Management, only to be told that maybe I could find another time to visit the relax zone. If it had been open more than four hours a day this might have been possible but I don’t see why I was told to change my schedule on account of rowdy teenagers. It was certainly not relaxing and management seemed to take no responsibility for making it any better. 
On the final night it was acknowledged that the relaxation room was far from relaxing and my request for some discount on account of this was granted. Nevertheless I definitely won’t be returning to this place.
