This is a no frills, family run, warm and comfortable hotel/b&b in a good location. Many would say its traditional, some say tired and needing updating. The breakfast is simple croissant, pain au chocolat, pain and some other options including fruit, microwaved eggs or crepe. We didn't choose the half board as we wanted to explore Morzine restaurants and we are glad we did. 
The hotel rooms are poorly insulated from internal noise from general walking, talking, keys in locks, water and toilet sounds. You know when your fellow travellers have arrived in the room or leaving! The road noise was high and starts early when they are treating the snow covered roads. There appear to be a small number of rooms that dont face the main road which might be quieter. 
The poor approach to room security by the hotel was disappointing. They have an old wooden box directly in front of the lift with various numbered 
boxes to leave your key and the staff saw nothing wrong with this arrangement with any key left there being very accesible. We left the key behind the front desk.
There is an indoor swimming pool which is small, chilly, no showers, changing areas or sauna. 
So it's a cheaper option for accommodation in Morzine and for that it does its job.

No frills but very adequate

Superb stay! Lovely atmosphere, dedicated staff and exceptional food from the nightly set menu. Facilities were all clean, and we felt looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Morzine.
