This is our 3rd visit to The Grand Hotel in Sestriere and it has been as consistent on all 3 occasions. The staff at reception, in the restaurant, spa and bar have all been friendly and helpful. The food has been good with great variety at both breakfast and evening meal. The lounge area and conservatory provides plenty of seating for relaxation. The spa and pool is an excellent facility although there is an extra fee to use it. Historically we would always choose ski in ski out but the minibus service has been very quick and consistent for drop off and pick up. That aside the hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the slopes.

This hotel is lovely place to stay in. Very family friendly and the staff are really nice. The amenities are amazing! The rooms are lovely and cosy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sestriere. We will definitely be back. Thank you Grand Hotel Sestriere

Great Hotel with lovely staff

This is a great Hotel, felt really relaxed after a big day skiing .

The live music was lovely in the evening.

We (my wife and I) stayed in the hotel for a ski week and found it good for it - spacy and clean rooms, central location, great view, convenient shuttle service. What requires a special mention is the team which makes it very hospital and leaves a very good feeling. Elena and the team successfully handled all our requests starting from the reservation phase (we had to change our dates several times) and during our stay. Very attentive and efficient team which made our vacation very enjoyable.
