An exceptional hotel with very attentive staff. Close to all amenities of St Anton. From arrival until departure we could not fault this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel Schwarzer

Superb service rooms facilities and ambience in this gorgeous traditional hotel. Both pools and spa very good. Rooms are generous in size and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast.

Superb service in traditional hotel

What a fantastic experience at Schwarzer Adler. From the time of booking online, the excellent 'chat' service, additional information regarding airport transfers, ski hire etc to our actual check, the level of service was outstanding! The hotel is clean, quiet, well equipped and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The spa and outdoor pool are a real bonus as is the complimentary daily afternoon tea, cake and soup!
We would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed. €1000/night and charged €1 for every coffee capsule used! No help with baggage. Over priced. Rooms underwhelming

A very disappointing overpriced hotel

Tasteless beef stroganoff. Cold vegetables and the creme brûlée was half frozen. Not sure if we were unlucky but it was really disappointing and not what we remembered in bygone years.
