The hotel was a big disappointment for us, at times, the entire hotel smelled like a sewer, when the toilet light was put on, the ventilation started and the toilet smelled so bad that you had to turn off the light (and the ventilation). The food was not good and one of the waitresses was not service minded at all, even felt a bit rude at times. The pillows were so uncomfortable we had trouble sleeping, if even possible to sleep with all the noise from the bar on the other side of the street. The safety locker was broken in our room (fixed during our stay) and the hairdryer was broken in our friends room.

Comfortable hotel and very kind staff. Rooms were nice and clean. The hotel has a nice restaurant where all the week guests have a ”Stammtisch” for the whole week, breakfast and dinner had plenty of tasty varieties during the week. 
There were ok space for storing skis. However, the skiboot drying system seem to work randomly. 
The location of the hotel is such that it is close (a couple of hundred meters away) from ski bus stops and the nearest ski lift but the height difference between these is quite significant, about 50 meters vertical. So in order to access the closest starting point for your ski trip, you need first to climb quite steep uphill.
Also the Austrian style of room ventilation is quite exotic. There are no ventilation in the hotel rooms other than by opening a window. Keeping the bathroom window open 24/7 and then adjusting the amount of fresh air in the main room by keeping the bath room door slightly open is.. interesting system. 
All in all, very positive week staying at Ski Lodge Reineke.

Nice stay at Ski Lodge Reineke

Stayed here for a week with a bunch of my friends. The food was only ok. Would recommend to eat at the pizza place across the street instead. The service at this hotel is honestly the worst I have ever seen in my life. The staff were rude and even blamed me and my friends for their own mistakes. One of the women workin there even said that we were the worst guests they have ever had, this because of her mistakes as a waitress. I was gushed. How could they be so rude? An example of an incident were when my firend went to the lobby to ask for a bowl to eat some food she had in our room and were basically yelled at for "being rude" even though she asked quite politely for said bowl. I would not recommend staying here unless you like being yelled at for no apparent reason. Also, our hairdryer didn´t work. There is a lot of noise and the walls are thin.

Clean, excellent service and great food. Halfboard with large and tasty breakfast buffet and varied dinner meals. Good wine selection. Staff was very friendly and made us all feel at home. Great ambiance. Walking distance to lifts and shops.
