Nice, simple hotel! Our room was very big with plenty of storage space and a nice balcony, Very small bathroom but shower was great with good water pressure.
Comfortable beds with Swiss duvets made for a good sleep. No toiletries so you have to bring your own.
They have a bar downstairs (overtime bar) but you can’t hear anything. Breakfast was croissants, bread, juice and really good coffee. 
Checking in was a bit of a hassle, they don’t have a reception desk and you have to get the key from the owners.

Some days ago I had the chance to visit Beautiful arosa. Since my stay in Chur was delayed I ve decided( a last minute decision ) to spend one night in Arosa. The way to the city with train is a delight, I recommend it to anyone. Unfortunatelly last train to Arosa departs from Train Station Chur at line 2 at approx 21 o clock. The only possiblity except car is a bus. I took the 23.00 bus on a rainy day and I sincerely understood nothing from the trip. On the last stop I could understand we finally reached Arosa due to the empty bus. Fortunately the hotel is 20m away fron train station. Mr Lindemann was kind enough to wait for me and offered me a nice room with Lake view at best price I could get: two digets. The night was quiet and I could finally get some sleep after some hectic days. The room had a plasma tv, very cosy blankets, a huge balcony with lake view and a big bath with all u need( even blowdrier). I ll add a song to end my raport, it s in romanian but the sound is GOOD. The song is "GUESS WHO_Manifest" and I post some pictures from my short visit in arosa. Ps: in the morning for only 6 chf u can get a choco croissant and a coffee. Pps: the hotel offers FREE gondola cable trip on the day of check in and also on the check out day. THANK YOU AROSA. Thank u Mr Lindemann

I visited Arosa by myself and non-peak season, some hotels are closed.  Lucky I met the owner who manage this hotel and took me there.  I stayed in a studio room. It was big one and very nice view. I didnt expect have any good service because it was non-peak season and I dont really mind at all.  BTW the owner was so kind, told me about the traffic and cable car, where i should take a visit.  Highly recommended!! I really enjoy to stay there and I would come again with my mom next time.

What a surprise when we walked into the rooms, we never expected the incredible artistry and design, by the owners themselves! Just look at the pictures, and now they are working on the outside to beautify the fairly nondescript facade. We arrived late and the owner opened up the Hotel and gave us the tour of the remodeled rooms, awesome, unbelievable, Hundertwasser in Arosa!
