Ultima initially messed up my reservation by contacting me and telling me that actually they're closing for the season at the halfway point of my 4-day stay. It was frustrating but they made up for the inconvenience with a high level of hospitality. The food and drinks were good, and I loved having a cigar with my dinner. The hotel itself is superb, and the spa is incredible. Service was top notch, and everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Hotel Ultima in Gstaad was perfect in every way. The rooms are spacious, modern, and at the same time very comfortably furnished—a place where you immediately feel at home.
