We booked to stay here for our family holiday and It was the perfect place… The apartment was cosy, clean and well equipped. The staff were welcoming & really helpful on arrival and departure. They helped us to sort out our parking which was easily accessible from the side of the building. 

The ski access was brilliant which we accessed from level 8 of the building to catch the super venosc cabin lift up the mountain to allow us to ski down to the petite Aguielle lift which then enables you to access the main ski area. 

I felt the apartments were great value for money, especially for a family ski holiday.

Overall, a fantastic stay and beautiful location!

We arrived yesterday and I was a little worried with some of the negative reviews but please don’t let these put you off! We are actually quite expressed, the rooms are nice, modern very clean and the hotel is a great location. Reception have been helpful and are friendly and check in was easy and quick with no problems. You can ski in and out from the back of the hotel which is really handy. Shops and restaurants minutes away. The pool is nice and clean too. I can’t see why you would give this place a bad review! We understand we need to follow the cleaning rules at the end of our stay which really isn’t a big issue! If you would like somewhere nice and modern with a good location I wouldn’t hesitate to book and ignore the people moaning, you will enjoy your stay! We also booked with Crystal who have been amazing.

Unfortunately, my experience with MMV Les Clarines after departure has been very disappointing.

After our stay, €120 was deducted from our security deposit for bed linen and rubbish, despite the fact that both were handled neatly and with good intention. The used bed linen was removed and placed together in the bathroom, and all rubbish was carefully collected and left in one place. This is even visible in the photos provided by the residence themselves.

I contacted MMV Les Clarines twice by email to explain this and to ask for a reconsideration, but I have received no response at all. The complete lack of communication regarding the security deposit is, in my opinion, unacceptable and unprofessional.

It is very disappointing to see how the security deposit is handled afterwards, especially when guests act responsibly and make the effort to leave the apartment in an orderly condition.

I would advise future guests to be cautious, as the post-stay handling of the deposit does not feel fair or transparent.
