The unit was comfortable and convenient but is in desperate need of maintenance. The blinds were falling off in the living room, there was mold on the heating in the primary bathroom, the toilet holder in the primary bathroom fell off the wall, the toaster did not work and the bottom was stuck on with duct tape. They did replace the 4 slice toaster with a small 2 slice which was so small that the bread did not fit in properly. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked and the staff were very friendly. 

We picked the building for the location but on the first week after Thanksgiving there is often not enough snow to access the main Vail skiing from Lionshead which was the case this year so we had to take the bus. We had a great view of the mountain but next year they are building a 6 story building right in front of this property so the view will be blocked. 

We had a very good stay but if you are looking for upgraded or luxury accommodation this is not the pace for you.

Good accommodation and location for skiers. The kitchen is very well stocked and the space good, with the exception of the bathrooms which are very cramped. We were there when the building was pretty empty and the covered parking was fine but it may be an issue during high season so if you are bringing a car, it would definitely be something to confirm before booking. 

Great location for skiers

Things were fine except for the check-in process.  Staff should return phone calls promptly. Vail is pretty quiet this time of year.  A lot of places are closed.

Great location. Rooms are small but have everything you need. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the views from the room are amazing.  A short walk to skiing, shops, restaurants or town shuttles. They only provide starter kits for kitchen and bathroom supplies so if you run out of anything,  such as dish soap or toilet paper, you will need to bring extra or buy it. Laundry machines on site and cost $2.00 each machine. Vail is a beautiful town. Love vacationing here!

Great location.  Easily walk to the gondola.  You do have to navigate 2 small flighs of stairs to get to the lift. We are 64 yo women and it was completely doable.  Great View of slopes.  Nice hot tub.  We had unit 309 and the kitchen was very well equipped.
