good location for bike rides excellent  nice and comfortable rooms good sauna and spa, the team is very nice and willing to satisfy the guests.

We were a group of 13 friends and enjoyed great vacation in Hollaus pension!
Very attentive and welcoming from the first moment. Rooms are warm, comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms as well very comfortable, clean and with hot water at all times. Breakfast- WOW! Tasty, fresh bread, great variety of food. Really BIO food, amazing variety of coffee and teas. The choice and quality at the level of 5 star hotel! Spa center- excellent. Sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, relaxing zone, everything needed for full relax after exhausting skiing days.
The owners helped us all the time!
With small money for cleaning services the breakfast area is available for private usage.

We stayed in the larger apartment, this was an excellent base for exploring Kirchberg and skiing in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, warm and welcoming with everything we needed. Lots of hot water for showers after a day skiing. Sauna was lovely, lots of space to store skis and ample parking. Short walk to the MPreis for supplies, longer walk to the Spar. Lots of opportunities for walking for non-skiers, make sure you have a look inside the small Chapel on the way up the mountain. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, they will supply you with fresh rolls every morning. Perfect break.

I have now stayed here twice - there is a very good welcome and the place is comfortable, warm and clean. Slightly off the main drag and slightly uphill - it is quiet. Contrary to another review the breakfast is a very acceptable continental - a range of ham, salami, cheese, cereal, juice, lovely bread and rolls, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc. It is not 5* but then the price is not. Only disadvantage is it is slightly uphill and on occasions the road up the hill can get a bit icy. If you are lazy then there is the excellent Pizza per Tutti within 40 yards/metres. The ski bus stops are probably 200-300 yards/metres depending on required direction. Would certainly go back again.

Excellent value for money accommodation

We went for a ski vacation last week, 7 couples. In short, prices are too high, the service you get for that is not as you imagine. The breakfast is very poor, even an omellet you can't get, just boiled eggs.The rooms are vety noisy, you can sleep only if everybody is sleeping. You even have to pay for the sauna. I've been in other places in Tirol for the last 5 years, all of them were cheaper and better. Sorry, but i won't visit again.
