Only a short transfer from Geneva, a Manigod ski holiday combines authentic French charm with incredible skiing for everyone. Part of the large interconnected La Clusaz-Manigod ski area, in the Aravis mountains, its equal parts traditional as it is charming.
For families and beginners, the numerous blues and greens are a playground of fun for those growing their skills on the snow, in a relaxed and easy environment. But there's plenty of reds and the challenging blacks of the ‘Massif de Balme’ for intermediates and advanced skiers to fill their (ski) boots with. For powder-hounds, skiers and boarders alike, the off-piste pillows on offer are nothing to ignore, with the ski area being the proving ground of YouTube star Candide Thovex.
Then to add to all this, the incredible vistas of Mont Blanc, are on offer to all looking up the valley that the Manigod ski resort resides in. And when all is said and done, take a relaxed approach to apres in the chilled restaurants and classic alpine bars.
