Best time to ski in Park City

Park City’s runs typically open from November to April, and with snow-making in force on over 40% of runs, this is a super snowsure resort. In January, snow dumps are the norm. Plus, film buffs will love the buzz of the Sundance Film Festival. Don’t forget your autograph book! Watch the pros hit slalom runs and halfpipes at FIS competitions in February. And get your groove on during the 16-day Spring Gruv music festival towards the end of March. Fancy some warmer weather and quieter slopes? Hold out for a cash-saving deal in April.

Head to Main Street at the heart of Park City for the best of the resort’s apres-ski scene. Enjoy live music, upbeat dancing and home-brewed ale. The food scene is pretty epic here too.
