Absolutely fantastic! 
From friendly staff to the last day. Wendy, Nelly and team were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal and our balcony overlooked the snow mountains and the beautiful lit festive village.

We loved this hotel. From our first contact, the customer service was great, responding to emails straight away, sending the half board menus so we could decide if we wanted to opt for it. Despite some slightly negative reviews on here, we did go for the half board option and it was brilliant. The food was great and they were very accommodating with my fussy daughter. The staff were lovey, the bar was cosy, the restaurant was lively and the food both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The room was great with a sliding door dividing it and plenty of hooks and space for all our ski wear. The hotel is very close to the town and has its own ski locker but we opted for a ski locker in the centre as it was just a bit far to walk in ski boots with kids. 

Overall this hotel was brilliant and I would 100% recommend and return

After booking a holiday via Heidi and turning up to this absolute god awful place called 

Azureva La clusaz Les aravais  (AVOID)

I asked for transfer driver to drop me into town and blindly I found this place and was very happy with it.
Lady on reception was amazing and got me a room at a very good rate after explaining my story.
Room was clean, bed comfy and view from my balcony was amazing!
One foible was the bathroom needs some TLC it’s all functional and working just a bit dated.
Breakfast is €14 and is a good buffet with lovely drinks on offer and fresh fruit to set you up for the day!
Everything is a 5 minute walk from here, the ski lifts the ski rental, lift passes set and many many restaurants!!
Only down side is no parking if you have a car 🤷‍♂️
