This has to be the WORSE WORSE WORSE place I've have ever stayed!!!!!!! First of all they never answer their phone, I couldn't find the apartment no receptionist for help, FYI the numbers of the apartments are off, I finally found the apartment got in NO TOILET PAPER NO TOWELS NO SHAMPOO NO SOAP so i called the next day, finally they answered they said I have too request it and there's a charge so I did request it, told him I need it today, I used my clothes as a towel to dry myself SMH. left and came back to the apartment nothing NO TOWELS NO TOILET PAPER Etc..... I called no answer. so I went and bought what I needed very upset! This isn't the WORSE PART checkout day he email me wanting me to CLEAN THE ROOM BEFORE I LEFT I have attached the email to show all of you the PROOF read it yourself, so I called he wanted me to vacuum and throw anyway the trash put the dishes up Etc.... VERY RUDE!!!!! so I did. I asked for a FULL REFUND and he said no, he said he never told me to clean the room, as you can see in bright as day in the email he told me too CLEAN THE ROOM before I left. long story short do stay here I would have given it a negative 10!!!!!!!!

Horrible

Overall disappointed and will be looking at one of the many other options nearby. 
The rooms are too small, only 2 of us in a 4 person room. Main bed is a sofa bed which limits space. Bunk bed is in entrance hallway and felt cold.
The reception is not open between 12 and 4 so it makes luggage storage very difficult as you're unable to access your luggage.
Access is hard, you have to walk up narrow, slippery steep stairs with your luggage and with your ski gear every day. It's definitely not ski-in ski-out.
We lost a room key, although I recognise it was out fault and their is a fee to pay, €80 is very expensive. 

Overall Disappointed, book elsewhere.
