No visit to the valley is complete without a trip to 3,842m, the highest point in the resort, aboard the Aiguille du Midi cable car. From here you can try taking a ‘Step into the Void’, a glass box suspended 1,000m above the abyss. Probably not one for vertigo sufferers. Even if that’s not for you, it’s worth coming for the incredible views of the Mont Blanc peaks.
Back in the valley, there’s dog sledding, paragliding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and a climbing wall. Alternatively sit back, relax and enjoy the chilled vibes and charms of Les Houches.
